Western Greenland soil fungi. soil metagenome

This study is the first analysis of soil fungi in Western Greenland. The analysis of fungi associated to different vegetation coverages (namely bare grounds, biological soil crusts and vascular vegetation covered soils) could allow to understand how these community will couple with the well documented occurring expansion of shrubs in the Arctic.
