Supplementary data (see Related Materials).csv file, "d15Noto_and_d15Ncb_supplementary_data_20251103.csv", containing all nitrogen isotope measurements reported for otoliths and coral presented in the main text.xlsx file, "fish_size_imageJ.xlsx", containing all fish otolith length measurements used for otolith size-based reconstructions of fish standard length. Folder "otolith images": Fish otolith images used for imageJ-based otolith length measurements. Additionally, otolith-bound nitrogen isotopes were measured for each specimen (see Related Materials). Otoliths are from mid-Holocene and sub-Recent reef sedimentary deposits in Bocas del Toro, Panama, and southern Dominican Republic (see Related Materials). Folder "bootstrap_code_and_input": R markdown document (Rmd) and csv files required for generating N isotope distributions of the fish community.
