DNA genotyping on the Illumina Infinium Omni5 BeadChip in the EvoImmunoPop+ cohort

Genome-wide SNP genotyping data for the EvoImmunoPop+ cohort (n = 463), including (i) 188 healthy individuals of African ancestry recruited between 2012 and 2013 in Ghent, Belgium, (ii) 204 healthy individuals of European ancestry recruited between 2012 and 2013 in Ghent, Belgium and (iii) 71 individuals of East Asian ancestry recruited at the School of Public Health, University of Hong Kong, and included as part of the community-based sero-epidemiological COVID-19 study (research protocol number JTW 2020.02)
