资源简介:

This study investigates the transcriptomic response of plants to drought stress and the application of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) coated with metabolites from Pseudomonas strain N5.12. Plants were subjected to a 7-day drought period, with or without AgNP treatment, to evaluate the potential of bacterial metabolite-based nanotechnology to enhance drought resilience. Transcriptome sequencing was performed to assess gene expression changes associated with AgNP treatment under drought conditions. The results revealed extensive gene reprogramming, particularly involving chloroplast- and mitochondrion-encoded genes, suggesting deep cellular responses and high nanoparticle penetration. This dataset provides insights into the molecular mechanisms by which bacterial metabolite-coated nanoparticles modulate plant stress responses and improve growth under water-limited conditions.
