Ratio of n−6/n−3 fatty acid was calculated from n−6 fatty acids [linoleic acid (LA, 18∶2n−6) and arachidonic acid (AA, 20∶4n−6)] versus n−3 fatty acids [α-linolenic acid (ALA, 18∶3n−3), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, 20∶5n−3), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, 22∶6n−3)].
