RNAseq of GFP-sorted cells (Low-GFP vs. High-GFP, GFP-fed vs GFP+fed)

RNAseq analysis of cells that have accumulated post-abscission midbodies HeLa MKLP1-GFP cells were sorted into a low GFP population and high GFP population, denoting accumulation (or lack of thereof) of midbodies. For fed condiions, midbodies were isolated, plated onto cells, and flow sorted 24 hours later.
