Transcriptome data from high density, low density and Rho0 yeast cell types

Transcriptome data using microarray to identify difference across long-living, high-density cell type and short-living, low-density and Rho0 cell types We separated high density and low density cells from budding yeast BY4741 using percoll density gradient at day 3 after cultured in YPD medium. Low density cells were prepared from Rho0 strain, also. Microarray analysis was performed as biological quintuplicate for three different cell types.
