16S ribosomal DNA (rDNA) sequencing is a powerful technique for identifying and comparing bacteria within a given sample. It focuses on the 16S ribosomal RNA gene, a highly conserved region in the bacterial genome that contains hypervariable regions useful for distinguishing different bacterial species. In this study, 16S rDNA sequencing was utilized to profile the microbiome compositions of samples derived from MODE-K cells line. The aim was to investigate the bacterial diversity and relative abundance in each sample type. Small RNA sequencing is a technique that allows for the comprehensive profiling of small RNAs, including microRNAs (miRNAs), small interfering RNAs (siRNAs), and piwi-interacting RNAs (piRNAs). These small RNAs play critical roles in gene regulation and can provide insights into cellular processes and disease mechanisms. This study employed small RNA sequencing to analyze the small RNA populations in samples from MODE-K cell line. The goal was to understand the expression patterns and regulatory roles of small RNAs under the treatment of stachyose.
