The data include following results: The HPTS signal observed upon the addition of NaOH base pulse (0.5 M, 25 μL) to the external solution containing 0.1 mM vesicles, whose lipids composition mimicked various membranes and contains transporter 1 at various concentrations (mol% related to lipids). The HPTS signal observed upon the addition of NaOH base pulse (0.5 M, 25 μL) to the external solution containing 0.1 mM vesicles, whose lipids composition mimicked IMM at various temperatures. The ISE signal observed upon the addition of transporter 1 at various concentrations (mol% related to lipids) to the external solution containing 0.1 mM vesicles, whose lipids composition mimicked various membranes. The ISE signal observed upon the addition of nonactin (0.1 mol% related to lipids) to the external solution containing 0.1 mM POPC vesicles and POPE (1 mol% related to POPC).
