CKCS CEL data

The dataset is microrarray data collected from canine RNA samples. The experimental design of this project is to perform comparative analysis (unpaired one-way ANOVA) between normal canine mitral valves, late stage Myxomatous mitral valves from a mixed breed population and late stage Myxomatous mitral valves from Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (CKCS). At the time of deposit, the data creators are working on a draft manuscript with which this dataset is associated, whose draft title is "Comparative transcriptomic profiling of myxomatous mitral valve disease in the cavalier King Charles spaniel".
