Broomcorn millet is an important food crop of Gramineae, providing an important source of food for the world. However, at present in agriculture, drought still threatens food production on a large scale, and the yield of broomcorn millet is also greatly negatively affected due to drought stress. The development of drought-resistant varieties of food crops has become an important way to solve this problem. In order to screen drought-resistant genes and drought-resistant substances in broomcorn millet, this experiment took drought-tolerant varieties ('Hequ Red millet') and drought-sensitive varieties (Yanshu No. 10) as research objects, and analyzed differentially expressed genes.
