This file contains RAW_STM_DAT.zip and CODE_of_CNN_MODEL.zip. The first one contains 13 different raw simultaneously taken STM topograph and density of states map for those described in the paper: Learning function from structure: neural network analysis of cuprate spectra. The second .zip file is the full code for CNN, MLP model which is used for the data analysis described in the paper. A readme.txt file in the CODE_of_CNN_MODEL.zip described the instruction of using the model and contains sample dataset and sample results.
