Quantitative Real-Time PCR Dataset Supporting Distinct Gut Microbial Alterations in Treatment-Naïve Patients with Acute Leukemia

This dataset contains the de-identified quantitative real-time PCR-derived data supporting the findings reported in the study “Distinct Gut Microbial Alterations in Treatment-Naïve Patients with Acute Leukemia: A Quantitative Real-Time PCR-Based Case–Control Study.” The dataset includes calculated values for Roseburia faecis, Escherichia coli, Bacteroides fragilis, and Fusobacterium nucleatum in 25 patients with acute leukemia and 25 healthy controls. The dataset is provided to support the results and statistical analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
