We investigate the gene expression signature of peripheral blood monocytes during the progression of Alzheimer's disease. We profiled gene expression in the mouse cortex using data obtained from RNA-seq of three individuals at 6-months old and three individuals at 24-months old. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the monocytes
