Supporting data for Developing a Toll Master Developer Model for Financially Sustainable Assigned Toll Roads

This dataset contains processed supporting data for the article entitled “Developing a Toll Master Developer Model for Financially Sustainable Assigned Toll Roads: Integrating Value Capture and Corridor Development in Indonesia”. The workbook consists of ten sheets containing respondent profile information, PLS-SEM measurement model results, structural model results, coefficient of determination, effect size results, strategic factor ranking, CATWOE analysis, comparison between existing real-world conditions and the conceptual Toll Master Developer model, summary of the Soft System Methodology analysis, and proposed interventions for implementing the Toll Master Developer model. These data support the mixed-method analysis used in the study. The quantitative component examines strategic factors affecting toll-road developer effectiveness, including strategic capability, investment ecosystem, spatial integration, and value capture implementation. The qualitative component supports the formulation of the Toll Master Developer model through Soft System Methodology. All human participant-related data have been de-identified. The dataset does not contain respondent names, personal contact details, or other direct personal identifiers.
