THE MINISTERS OF EDUCATION IN ARGENTINA (1854-2015): ANALYSIS OF THE PROFILES PROFESSIONAL OF THEM ELITE POLITICAL

Abstract In this article will analyze the professional biographies of 94 Ministers of national education along 161 years (1854-2015), observing the laws and decrees more important that contributed to approve. Will study four aspects of their biographies: the duration in the charge of the ministers, the place of birth, the gender and the age average; the qualification; the experience of the officials; and the relationship with organizations extra party. Show the singularities and elements common to find in each stage (1854-1949; 1949-1983; 1983-2015) and in all the period.
