Comparative transcriptome analysis of eyestalks of Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) in day and night

Here we have analyzed the first comparative transcriptome of day/night eyestalks of commercial important specie, Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis, to obtain a more complete description of eyestalk biology.
