Stomatal conductance and leaf temperature raw data from Aug 2016-Nov 2017 at the K34 tower in Manaus, Brazil

This data package contains raw data from stomatal conductance and leaf temperature measurements from the K34 tower in Manaus, Brazil. Measurements were taken from two trees within the site area. The attached zip file includes two data files in CSV format. Also included is a folder with excel files containing metadata such as site information, equipment manuals, and description of the data. Related datasets with air temperature, relative humidity, and additional stomatal conductance and leaf temperature data also collected by NGEE-Tropics in Manaus are publicly available and listed under Dataset References.
