Draft genome sequencing of Brevundimonas denitrificans TAR-002

We have isolated Brevundimonas denitrificans TAR-002 from deep sea sediment at a depth of 11 m below the seafloor off the Shimokita Peninsula of Japan in the north-western Pacific Oceana, which shows denitrification activity. To acquire some biochemical findings, we attempt to perform whole genome sequencing of Brevundimonas denitrificans TAR-002, and compare the sequences to those of related species.
