Characterization of sensitivity and resistance mechanisms to DHX9 inhibitor in endometrial and ovarian cancer cell lines

To investigate the DHX9i response across endometrial and ovarian cancer cell lines with diverse backgrounds, total RNA was isolated from three biological replicates of cells treated with or without ATX968 (a DHX9 inhibitor). The RNA samples were then subjected to paired-end RNA sequencing on the NovaSeq X Plus (Illumina) platform. Overall design: Total RNA was isolated from three replicate cultures of endometrial and ovarian cancer cells treated with or without ATX968 (DHX9 inhibitor) and then subjected to paired-end RNA sequencing on the NovaSeq X Plus (Illumina) platform.
