Good soil micro-ecological environment plays an important role in the transformation of soil nutrients and the quality of Flue-cured tobacco. Long-term continuous cropping will affect soil bacteria community. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to analysis the 16S rRNA gene hypervariable regions of soil bacteria in different continuous cropping years, including CK (no planted), 1 year, 3 years, 5years, 8 years, 10 years and 12 years. The relationship between soil bacterial community diversity and structure composition was studied in different continuous cropping years.
