Data and analysis code for: Microbial superoxide production drives biogenic nitrogen dioxide formation in soils

This record contains the source data and the analysis and figure-generation code supporting the manuscript, Microbial superoxide production drives biogenic nitrogen dioxide formation in soils. The Excel workbook holds the nitrogen dioxide, nitric oxide, superoxide and peroxynitrite measurements, with one worksheet per figure panel (Fig 1A to Fig 2D). The R script reproduces every statistical test reported in the Methods and writes exact P values and effect sizes to CSV. The Python script regenerates Figures 1 and 2 as font-embedded PDFs.
