Transcriptome and Annotations of Gyrodinium jinhaense AVPT

Assembled transcriptomes for the heterotrophic dinoflagellate, Gyrodinium jinhaense AVPT, and their prey species, Dunaliella tertiolecta CCMP1320 and Rhodomonas lens CCMP739. The prey species assemblies are named "FOOD_transcripts" and the mixed prey Gyrodinium jinhaense AVPT assemblies are "FULL-GYRO-ji_transcripts". The files for the Transcriptome Assemblies from both rnaSPADES and Trinity platforms are located here in addition to the assemblies after the bioinformatic removal of prey (includes "no_food" in the file name) .
