Urban Forestry Street Trees

The locations of right of way trees maintained by the City of Madison Urban Forestry Department. Data is used to coordinate trimming and maintenance of trees as well as aiding in planning public works construction projects. NOTE: Data last updated 11/19/2025 Field descriptions are as follows: • Species Common Name – Common species name • Species Scientific Name – Scientific species name • Notes – Tree/Site notes • Inventory Date – Last inventory date • Last Inspection Date – Last inspection date • Site ID – Unique ID for planting site • Growth Space Size – Available growth area around site • Tree Diameter – Diameter breast height (DBH) • Status – Site active yes/no • Treeguard Present – Treeguard present yes/no • Grate Size – Size of grate around tree, if present

• 调查日期（Inventory Date）：最近一次树木调查日期
• 最近检查日期（Last Inspection Date）：最近一次树木检查日期
• 场地ID（Site ID）：种植场地的唯一标识符
• 生长空间尺寸（Growth Space Size）：场地周边的可用生长面积
• 树木胸径（Tree Diameter）：即胸高直径（Diameter Breast Height，DBH）
• 状态（Status）：场地是否处于激活状态（是/否）
• 护树装置存在情况（Treeguard Present）：是否安装护树装置（是/否）
• 树池格栅尺寸（Grate Size）：树木周边格栅的尺寸，若存在该设施则填写此项
