Ovarian tissue was fixed in Bouin's solution of harvesting. H&E staining was performed after paraffin embedding and sectioning. Samples were imaged on a Keyence BZ-X710 microscope at 4X magnification. Red scale bar: 300um. Sample key based on file names: YF: Young female, 3 individuals (5 weeks old) MF: Middle-aged female, 2 individuals (10 weeks old) OF: Old female, 3 individuals (15 weeks old)
