Circularization results

Spreadsheet with results of circularization of amblyceran mitochondrial chromosomes. Sheet "AWA results" contains the final information that was used for the decision about circularization. Yellow and white colours serve for distinguishing different versions of the same contig. Definitely chosen contigs marked with green, contigs that were not circularized by blue.
