Fishing volume in China 1985-2023, by marine and freshwater

In 2023, China's total production volume of wild caught fish and seafood from marine and inland waters amounted to approximately 13 million metric tons. The total capture volume declined from more than 16 million metric tons in 2015 to around 13 million metric tons in recent years, while the production volume from aquaculture kept on growing.

截至2023年，我国海洋及内陆水域捕捞的野生鱼类和海鲜总产量约为1300万吨。相较于2015年的超过1600万吨，总捕捞量有所下降，近年间维持在1300万吨左右，而水产养殖产量则持续增长。
