Puerto Rican Monarch Wing Traits

Wing traits measured on the Puerto Rican monarch from the Stuart J. Ramos Collection at the McGuire Center for Lepidoptera and Biodiversity at the Florida Museum of Natural History (MGCL). Wing traits include: forewing length (cm), hue, saturation, brightness, and percent melanization. Ancillary data including georeferenced latitude (decimalLatitude) and longitude (decimalLongitude), town, and day, month, year of collection as well as the MGCL identifier are also provided. Habitat types (coastal or montane) are identified.
