Dataset for Indicators of temporal variability in Connectivity

Dataset of dimensions: 5 325 780 x 10.Each row is a particle.<b>Column 1</b>, ID_Part, is the ID of the particle.<b>Column 2</b>, Year, is the release year in the PTM simulation (2008, 2014, 2018, or clim).<b>Column 3</b>, Month, is the release month in the PTM simulation (1-12)<b>Column 4</b>, Depth, is the release depth in the PTM simulation ("surf" for surface, "bott" for bottom)<b>Column 5</b>, ID_Source, is the ID of the release zones (8,9,10,21 are MPAs, -1 are sites out of MPAs)<b>Columns 6-9</b>, ID_SinkX, are the ID of the destination zones when transport duration has been 5 days (ID_Sink5), 10 days (ID_Sink10), 15 days (ID_Sink15) and 30 days (ID_Sink30). If the values = -1, it corresponded to a zone out of MPAs. The remaining values are the ID of the MPAs.<b>Column 1</b><b>0</b>, Count, is a single value 1, used for the computation of the indicators.
