活跃度分值：指标解释企业活跃度模型是基于工商部门信息（企业登记基本信息、变更备案信息、企业迁移、注吊销等信息）、其他政府部门信息（国税纳税信息、地税纳税信息、社保缴存及公积金缴存信息）以及互联网公开信息（网络新闻等），梳理形成企业属性、经营状态和经营活动三类信息。通过监测企业在最近一段时间内上述生产经营活动指标，利用大数据算法模型，对每户企业的活跃度情况进行评估。企业活跃度值越大，说明企业活跃度越高。各区域、行业的企业活跃度定义为：某区域（行业）活跃企业数量/该区域（行业）企业期末实有户数*100%。"

Activity Score: Indicator Interpretation
The enterprise activity model is constructed based on three types of data sources: information from the market supervision administration (including basic enterprise registration information, change filing records, enterprise relocation, license cancellation and revocation, etc.), information from other government departments (including state tax payment data, local tax payment data, social security contribution records and housing fund contribution records), and publicly available online information such as online news. These data are categorized into three groups: enterprise attributes, business operation status and business activities.
The activity level of each individual enterprise is evaluated by monitoring the aforementioned production and business operation indicators over a recent period, leveraging big data algorithm models. A higher enterprise activity score indicates a higher level of enterprise activity.
The enterprise activity level of a specific region or industry is defined as: (Number of active enterprises in the target region/industry / Total number of existing enterprises in that region/industry at the end of the reporting period) × 100%
