Following the structural changes in a freeze-dried protein resulting from rehydration and change in temperature

Using SAXS/WAXS, we intend to investigate the overall structural changes in the therapeutic protein, ‘Palifermin’ when it is re-hydrated after freeze-drying to different hydration levels at a fixed temperature. In addition, we also would like to study in detail the overall structure of this protein before and after heat induced denaturation at different hydration levels as a function of temperature.
