RB-TnSeq data for Methanococcus maripaludis S2 and Methanococcus maripaludis JJ

This data set comprises high-throughput genetic data for two strains of Methanococcus maripaludis, strain S2 and strain JJ, from RB-TnSeq (randomly barcoded transposon site sequencing). There are 371 successful genome-wide fitness experiments for strain S2 and 129 successful experiments for strain JJ. Each zip file contains the results for that strain, with many different tables and an R image. In the zip file, the index.html file has some documentation for each table.
