Additional files for SLxGO

This dataset contains large CSV files, for the SLxGO 2026 algorithm. extract the zip file and verify if you have the following 4 files. hum_embedded_for_feature prediction.csv - contains the unfiltered gene embeddings of GO terms (4096 dimensions) hum_embedded.csv - contains the PCA-reduced version of the GO terms human_full_features_sl_bg_3_5_172.csv - contains the entire SL interaction network of the SLant algorithm gene_expression_cell_line_log_4.csv - average expression profile of 1207 cell lines collected from the Human Protein Atlas.
