MD trajectories for "RAD51 filaments accommodate G-quadruplexes to promote recombination"
收藏资源简介:
There are three types of folders:- with five stripped trajectories (i.e., water removed for clarity) labeled "trajectories.zip" - each zipped folder contains five independent MD trajectories (in gromacs .xtc file format) and the corresponding stripped topology file (in amber .parm7 file format) - with one complete trajetory (i.e., including water), labeled "solvated_trajectory.zip" - each zipped folder contains one MD trajectory (.xtc) and the corresponding solvated topology file (.parm7) - with five final trajectory states including water labeled "solvated.zip" - each zipped folder contains five solvated protein-G4 complexes (in .pdb format) in the state at the end of the simulation with the corresponding number. Folders are divides by the studied system - wild type rad51 (wt), the R235A mutant (r235a), del275-281 (delL2), and R235A+del275-281 (r235a+delL2). The trajectories can be visualized by software such as Pymol or VMD.
