This series consists of ephemera, i.e., publications, plaques and certificates collected by the Victorian Government Printing Office (Law Printer), a division of the Department of Treasurer (VA 865) from approximately 1855 to 1978 and the Department of Property and Services (VA 430) from 1978 to c.1990.The collection includes plaques and certificates, (1983-1984), publications of the Victorian Government Printing Office (1919-1940), minutes of the staff social club meetings (1945-1958), a printing and machinery catalogue (1855-1885) and examples of the illustration process for Victorian Government publications c.1990.
