We analyzed 1042 meningiomas with whole-genome microarray including 12 meningiomas with multifocal sampling to characterize how CNV thresholds influence their molecular classification and outcome. Overall design: Agilent aCGH arrays were performed according to the manufacturer's directions on DNA extracted from formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) brain tumor specimes with a minimum of 60% tumor content as defined by a certified neuropathologist.
