we present ELDER-ICU-DB, an openly available, multinational intensive care dataset specifically tailored for elderly patients, designed to facilitate robust generalizable research with built-in external validation. It harmonizes six intensive caredatabases (MIMIC-III/IV, eICU-CRD, AmsterdamUMCdb, SICdb, and ZhejiangProvinceICUdb) spanning 210 clinical sites across four countries (US, Netherlands, Austria, and China), encompassing 96,668ICU admissions (2001-2022).
