BNTX, naloxone and naltrindole are known to be immunosuppressive. Other than independency of the DOR, the molecular basis is unclear. We performed transcriptome analysis to determine up-regulated and down-regulated genes to decipher the underlying mechanisms. Overall design: Total RNAs isolated from BJAB B cells treated with 2 uM or 10 uM of BNTX, naloxone or naltrindole for 9 hours.
