This is an Excel file with 721 rows. Each row is a case. Column B gives the diagnosis. Column A is the Case Number. Column C is the diagnosis class. Subsequent columns are signs and symptoms as UMLS CUI codes. Cases different in length due to differing numbers of signs and symptoms.
