A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the forest ecosystem at Puding Station (2017-2018, 2020)

This dataset includes the flux observation data of the Puding forest ecosystem from 2017 to 2018 and 2020. The raw observation data were collected at the Puding Karst Ecosystem National Observation and Research Station in Guizhou province. There is a flux observation tower inside the station. The underlying surface of flux tower is mainly humid subtropical returning secondary forest from farmland, which represents the degraded secondary forest ecosystem of Karst Mountain area in the Yunnan-Guizhou plateau. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing spefications, the raw observation data were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the annual data consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
