青藏高原食物消费数据集（2017）

食物消费是决定土地资源承载力的重要指标，也是反映居民生活水平的重要依据。青藏高原食物消费数据是基于西藏与青海统计年鉴数据，整理城镇与农村主要食物种类与消费量，如粮食、肉、蛋、奶的消费量；结合典型县域问卷调研数据，统计整理典型县域食物消费种类与数量数据。该数据集包括：（1）青藏高原城镇与农村食物消费数据；（2）青藏高原典型县域消费数据。数据可用于分析青藏高原食物消费的空间差异，对青藏高原的土地承载力研究有重要意义。

Food consumption is a critical indicator determining land resource carrying capacity and an important basis for reflecting residents' living standards. The food consumption data of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is compiled based on the statistical yearbook data of Tibet and Qinghai, where we sorted out the main food categories and their consumption amounts in urban and rural areas, including grain, meat, eggs and milk; additionally, combined with questionnaire survey data from typical counties, we also collected and sorted out the types and quantities of food consumption in these counties. This dataset contains two parts: (1) Urban and rural food consumption data of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau; (2) Food consumption data of typical counties on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The data can be used to analyze the spatial disparities in food consumption across the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and holds great significance for research on the land carrying capacity of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
