To explore circRNAs expression profiles of mouse atherosclerotic model, we performed RNA-seq to detect circRNAs with potential functional role in atherosclerosis (AS). Overall design: CircRNA sequencing was performed on aortic tissues from high-fat diet fed ApoE-/- mice (AS group) and chow diet fed C57BL/6J and ApoE-/- mice (control) with an Illumina HiSeq 3000 system using the 150bp pair-end model.
