大华以“安全生产、AI感知、多系统融合、大数据分析”为设计理念，结合电厂的生产流程、业务划分及业务场景，打造大华智慧电厂可视化辅控系统，主要由工业电视、综合大安防以及应急指挥三大智慧系统构成，其安全作业管控、热成像测温、智能巡检、机器人、入侵报警、无人机、融合通信指挥调度等诸多子系统相互融合，协同驱动，全面助力电厂智慧化升级。 1、AR全局透视 通过全厂三维地图、高点AR 全景、智周界相机等应用为电厂全面监视提供保障。 2、生产辅助 通过智能读表、热成像、机器人对全厂设备智能巡检；通过与两票系统联动对作业区权限管控；通过声纹分析对电机、压力泵等状态监测。 3、安全管控 作业管控对作业区人员安全帽、工作服、安全带的穿戴，人数统计，人员倒地等异常行为识别报警。 4、智能识别 基于人工智能的前端设备对厂区周界、越界侦测，对主要出入口的人员、车辆、非机动车识别，实现智能分析识别、报警、联动。 5、低空防控 利用无人机反制系统有效地处置水电站低空范围黑飞现象，确保重点区域大坝、升压站的空中安全。 6、应急指挥 采用先进的融合通信技术将音视频融合形成立体化的应急指挥系统，最终实现人防、技防、物防的统一调度、协同指挥。

Dahua has developed the Dahua Smart Power Plant Visual Auxiliary Control System, which takes "safety in production, AI perception, multi-system integration, and big data analysis" as its core design philosophy. Tailored based on the production processes, business divisions and business scenarios of power plants, this system mainly comprises three intelligent systems: industrial television, comprehensive security, and emergency command. Numerous subsystems including safety operation management, thermal imaging temperature measurement, intelligent inspection, robots, intrusion alarm, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), converged communication command and dispatch are integrated and coordinated to comprehensively empower the intelligent upgrading of power plants.

1. AR Global Perspective
It provides guarantees for comprehensive monitoring of power plants through applications such as full-plant 3D maps, high-point AR panoramic views, and intelligent perimeter cameras.
2. Production Assistance
Carry out intelligent inspection of full-plant equipment via intelligent meter reading, thermal imaging technology and robots; implement permission control for operation zones through linkage with the "two-ticket system"; conduct state monitoring for motors, pressure pumps and other equipment via voiceprint analysis.
3. Safety Management & Control
The operation management module identifies and alarms abnormal behaviors including proper wearing of safety helmets, work clothes and safety belts by personnel in operation zones, headcount statistics, and personnel falling down.
4. Intelligent Recognition
AI-enabled front-end devices perform perimeter and cross-border detection in the plant area, and identify personnel, vehicles and non-motor vehicles at main entrances and exits, realizing intelligent analysis, recognition, alarm and linkage functions.
5. Low-altitude Defense & Control
The UAV countermeasure system effectively addresses unauthorized drone flights in the low-altitude range of hydropower stations, ensuring air safety of key areas such as dams and booster stations.
6. Emergency Command
Adopting advanced converged communication technologies to integrate audio and video into a three-dimensional emergency command system, it finally realizes unified dispatch and collaborative command of human defense, technical defense and physical defense.
