Parallel divergence in a nematode inducible offense

We evolved 22 population pairs in an environment favoring an inducible predatory morph or in control conditions for 50 generations. After 50 generations, pool sequencing of each of the 44 populations was performed to identify SNPs of parallel divergence. We also performed artificial selection for 20 generations on 5 population pairs where one line of each pair had selection at random and the other of the pair had selection for the predatory morphology.
