Co-endemicity dataset for neglected tropical diseases in Kenya (2022).

The dataset contains implementation-unit level data for 290 administrative areas in Kenya used to assess the co-endemicity of major neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), including Lymphatic Filariasis (LF), Soil-Transmitted Helminth Infections (STH), and Schistosomiasis (SCH). The dataset includes geographic identifiers, demographic information, disease endemicity status, and environmental indicators relevant to disease transmission and control. (CSV)
