Motion-corrected calcium image files

Processed images from "Raw image files". For each raw image file, channel 2 (the GCaMP emission channel) was extracted and motion-corrected using the normcorre image registration pipeline (https://github.com/flatironinstitute/NoRMCorre). These files can be loaded into suite2p (https://www.suite2p.org/) for automatic cell segmentation, fluorescence extraction, and spike inference.
