UKM Post-Gestational Diabetes Women Samples

The aim of this study was to explore gut microbiota signature among post-gestational diabetes women and also determine the relationship of gut microbiota with dietary intakes and metabolic phenotypes.24 fecal samples were collected from women with a recent history of GDM at three to six months postpartum where 14 are from women with glucose intolerance while 10 where from women with normal glucose tolerance. This study was conducted by the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
