The single-cell RNA-seq data obtained from sorted Lin- Sca-1+ cKit+ bone marrow cells. The cells were harvested from the young and old mice (C57BL6) treated with either with 5% alcohol or control liquid diet for the total of 4-5 weeks. Male mice were used for the experiment. Cells were processed using Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3’ Reagent Kits v3.1 (10X Genomics) according to the manufacturer’s protocol
