Delft3d modelling data

This dataset contains the source data, model input files, model output files, and supporting documentation used to develop and apply a nested Delft3D hydrodynamic model for Cedar Key, Florida. The modeling framework was used to evaluate the hydrodynamic performance of multiple hybrid sea groin configurations proposed as nature-based shoreline protection alternatives. The repository includes topobathymetric datasets, processed bathymetric inputs, Delft3D model grids, boundary condition files, simulation outputs, and post-processing products. Simulations were conducted for existing conditions and multiple shoreline protection scenarios to assess their influence on water levels, tidal currents, and bed shear stress. The dataset supports model reproducibility and provides a resource for future coastal restoration and shoreline protection studies.
