The Genetic Association of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms of <i>SERPINE1 </i>(rs6092) and <i>IFNAR2 </i>(rs1051393, rs2229207) Genes Is Related to Post Covid-19 Respiratory Syndrome

Research related to the genetic aspects of post-COVID-19 respiratory syndrome associated with single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in two genes, namely IFNAR2 and SERPINE1. Genotyping was conducted using the TaqMan Assay Genotyping method, and data analysis included demographic data, genotype and allele frequencies, as well as association tests between respiratory syndrome symptoms and the identified genotypic findings.
